1. ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel unshipped orders within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. Once production/shipping begins (typically within 48 hrs), cancellations cannot be processed.

(Exception: Pre-order items can be cancelled until restock shipment date.)


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

❌ Final sale items (e.g., clearance/custom products)
